Triptych

PAY ATTENTION

Teenagers these days are always on there phones. This triptych represents why paying attention to your surrounding is very important. I believe this perfectly shows the meaning of paying attention. An element of art that has been used in the triptych is lines. Each photo has lines, and most of them are leading lines. Meaning they are leading you towars the subject. There are two principles of designs used in the triptych. Movement and pattern and repatioyion. The last and first photo emphasize movement because in the first one her tumbs are moving and in the last on she is falling dwon the stairs. The second one uses patter and repatition becaues of the stairs.

Tall Dog

The idea behind this triptych was that i wanted to take a photo of my dog but i had to figure out a way to make it look like all three of the photos belonged togeather. Then i had the idea to make him look tall. I believe my idea was pretty successful, however i do wish i had picked a different background. In this triptych the elements of art i used texture and space. The texture come from my dogs fur and i used space because my dog is talking most of the space in all three parts of the triptych. Emphasis is I beleive the main principle of design I used beacues my dog how i put my camera closer to my dog too emphasis him more since he is pretty small.

New Friend

I thought this would have more of a touching srory to it. It discribes the power of friend ship. Having someone to talk to can make your bad day better. I do belevie that my idea portraded itself pretty well. This triptych uses value, due to the fact thats is all in black and white and the shades in between. I would also say that these photos arent symmetrical howmere leaning more towards asymmetrical which counts as balance.
